Journउtsav 2019, organised by the Department of journalism, Bharti college,University of Delhi,was a two day inter-college Media Festival. TAG being honoured as the Special Guest of the evening and Judging “Halla bol - Street Play”. Street play Judging done by TAG (The Acting Guru) by Sutinder Ssiingh.
Street play theme was SOCIAL ISSUES and eleven colleges participated. Social Issues they performed on were Juvenile home, Justice system in India, Old age home, Life of waste bin workers,#Wetoo, Terrorism, Emotional Blackmailing in Family, Leprosy, Politics in Hospital, Indian Regional Languages dying.
Some plays presented AWARENESS about the issue and some presented the PROBLEM ITSELF. ALL teams had wonderful Co-ordination, Script and presentation was truly beautiful to see. All members showed their commitment and dedication to the subject and to the part they played in that.
It was really entertaining to see all the plays and choosing the WINNERS was Pleasurable. TAG is really happy to have the privilege to judge STREET PLAY COMPETITION and honoured to be a part of today’s Youth teams in acting.
